01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

03 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 388w game account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If 388w game determines that multiple accounts have been created by the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed and any bonus funds forfeited.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

388w game is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A clear copy of both sides of your valid Pakistani CNIC;
• Proof of address such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence no more than three months old;

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete. 388w game does not accept documents that are expired, obscured, clearly tampered with, or that do not match the account registration information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 388w game login credentials. 388w game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security. 04 Deposits & Payment Methods

All 388w game account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). 388w game accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels:

• Raast (Pakistan interbank instant payment system);
• HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah via IBFT;
• USDT (TRC20 and BEP20 networks) — cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at time of receipt.

The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though 388w game reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits above certain thresholds as required by anti-money-laundering procedures.

Deposits are credited to your 388w game account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt. 388w game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking infrastructure. 05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 388w game account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for fully verified accounts.

5.1 Processing Times

• Raast withdrawals: processed within 15 minutes during standard banking hours;

• USDT withdrawals: processed within 1 hour pending network confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed where:

• Your KYC verification is fully complete and approved;
• The funds to be withdrawn are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements;
• Your account is in good standing with no outstanding security reviews;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available withdrawable balance.

388w game reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification for accounts flagged by our AML or fraud detection systems. In such cases, 388w game will contact the account holder by their registered email or WhatsApp number within 24 hours.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets using bonus funds to hedge the wagering requirement ("bonus arbitrage"), placing bets that are excluded from wagering contribution in order to nullify a promotion, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be closed permanently.

07 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 388w game — including HBL Pakistan Super League cricket markets, live in-play betting, and other sports markets — is subject to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the 388w game system. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation except where in-play cash-out is offered and exercised;
• Odds displayed at time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet is accepted. Live odds fluctuate in real time and the displayed price at the moment of placement is the binding price;

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice, 388w game may refer the matter to independent arbitration. The arbitration process will be conducted in English and any monetary remedies will be expressed in PKR.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
